What type of businesses do you work with – size and industry
Typically we work with established businesses with turnover A$5m to A$250m, though we do have clients in both earlier and more mature stages of growth. Generally they are private and/or family owned enterprises and Australian based.
We work across a wide variety of industries and collectively have experience in construction, engineering, property development, banking and financial services, education, franchising, retail, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, power and infrastructure, technology, sport recreation and leisure, agriculture and services.
Do you have experience internationally or just in Australia?
All of the Linton Howard directors have extensive international experience across the major continents, having operated and consulted to companies in Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa.
What is your fee structure?
Depending on the nature of the engagement, we are flexible as to whether we charge an hourly/daily rate, fixed project fee, monthly retainer, or for capital raisings a success fee. Our rates are highly competitive for the level of experience and seniority of our Directors.
How much money will you save/make me?
How long is a piece of string? We find ways of improving your profitability by looking at ALL aspects of your business, and their impact on revenue, costs, capital and return on investment. We also increase the value of your company by improving the earnings multiple which an investor/buyer will pay for a share in the company.
Where are you located and where will you do projects?
We are physically located in Brisbane and Adelaide, but travel frequently and will work anywhere in Australia and overseas.
